CookFlow AI - Recipe Management App

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CookFlow mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
CookFlow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify CookFlow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. CookFlow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
CookFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at CookFlow's sole discretion.
CookFlow offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features. Subscription plans include:
Payment for subscriptions is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of service of the respective app store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or years.
CookFlow reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in the App ("User Content"). However, you grant CookFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to:
CookFlow reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, at CookFlow's sole discretion.
The App, its design, features, and all content (excluding User Content) are owned by CookFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Recipes parsed from URLs or extracted from images are provided for personal use only. CookFlow does not claim ownership of recipe content but provides tools to help you organize and manage your personal recipe collection.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
CookFlow is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or suitability of recipes found or stored in the App. Users should exercise caution when preparing recipes, especially those involving allergens or potential food safety concerns.
Features that use AI for recipe parsing or OCR for text extraction may produce errors or incomplete results. CookFlow does not guarantee the accuracy of automated parsing or text extraction.
Any nutritional information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical or dietary purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CookFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall CookFlow's total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the App at any time. You may also delete your account and all associated data by contacting CookFlow support or through the App's settings.
CookFlow may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where CookFlow is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CookFlow regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
CookFlow's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without CookFlow's prior written consent. CookFlow may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
